How do I pay for my order(s)?
When ordering on the website you have to pay through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cheques. If you decide to phone in or order through email we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within Canada and Continental US via standard ground shipping. We also ship to Europe, as well as around the world.

Can I cancel or change my order?
A payment confirmation is received from PayPal within 24 hours of payment. After that, your order is usually shipped within 1-2 business days. So from the time you order online you have 24 hours to change or cancel your order.

From the time I place my order, how long does it take for my order to leave your warehouse?
Once we receive confirmation of payment for the order, it typically takes 1-2 business days to ship out the order from our warehouse.

How long will my order be in transit?
There are various factors that affect how long orders take from time of shipping to delivery. The shipping company selected, the method of shipping (ground or express/expedited or courier), the time of year and the final destination all affect this. Typically, it takes anywhere from 1 business day to 7 business days for delivery. Customers are advised to order early for items needed urgently.

What happens if you shipped me the wrong item?

You will be asked to ship the item back via the same shipping method used to ship initially. If we shipped the wrong item to you, we will refund the shipping costs used to ship back to us.
